Epic made several announcements during their State of Unreal event at this year’s Game Developers Conference. Topping the list is the launch of the MetaHuman Animator and MetaHuman Creator to the Unreal Editor for Fortnite, through which creators will be able to design new worlds with “photorealistic fictional characters.”

Vincke sights “large” ambitions that prevent the company from being held down to any one game.
