Call of Duty: Modern Warfare announces first season, teasing a Battle Pass – Polygon
December 3rd will bring the first seasonal content to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Almost all of this content will be free to all players, making it the biggest free update in Call of Duty history. Season one will add at least six new multiplayer maps, new game types, and at least four new spec ops missions. Activision has also hinted at a Battle Pass, which may or may not be coming during season one.

Apex Legends increases level cap, adding new rewards –GameSpot
Apex Legends’ next content update, launching December 3rd, increases the player’s level cap and changes the game’s progression system. Previously, the level cap has been 100; after December 3rd, players can progress up to level 500, earning a new level badge every ten levels to show progression. Progression has been made a little easier and more rewarding. As for players who have already out-leveled the restructured rewards, all level bonuses will be rewarded retroactively when the update goes live.

Blizzard’s Black Friday sale – Polygon
Blizzard has put almost every one of their games on sale for Black Friday. BlizzCon tickets are on sale as well, letting players still get in-game rewards for a now even lower price. Blizzard games are on sale at a variety of discounts, between 20-50% off. Activation’s new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Black Ops 4 are also on sale between 50-60% off.

Epic Games puts newer games on sale – The Verge
Epic is offering a few games for discounted rates for Black Friday, up to 75% off new releases and older titles. This sale runs all of Thanksgiving week until Cyber Monday on December 2nd. As one would expect, the latest games have lesser discounts; however, some games, like Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, are offered at a significantly reduced price.
