Halo: CE now available on PC for MCC – GameSpot

Halo: Combat Evolved is now live for the PC release of the Master Chief Collection. The PC release comes with a few customization options and lets players toggle between some updated and legacy features. The Master Chief Collection is available on the Windows Store, the Xbox Game Pass, and Steam.

Valve Showcases movement and combat for Half-Life: Alyx – The Verge

Valve’s highly popular Half-Life series’ next installation, Alyx, just got some significant news released. We now know, thanks to a trio of new videos, how movement, combat, and puzzles will work in this upcoming VR title. Players can interact quite heavily with the world around them using their hands to open doors, reload weapons, or move objects (including enemies) around. Valve has stated there will be extra interactivity available with their VR peripherals, but details have yet to be confirmed.

Valorant, Riot’s new idea – Polygon

LoL fans have been joking for years that Riot should make a new game that stands alone from LoL, and Riot has finally, formally, announced just that with Valorant. This new team-based tactical FPS title is the first official release that takes place outside the LoL universe. The game, however, has been in development for over six years and has been evolving from a series of small chats. Valorant is set to launch sometime this summer.

Destiny 2, Season of the Worthy – GameSpot

Destiny 2’s next big update, Season of the Worthy, is set to launch March 10th. Perhaps the most significant feature to launch with this update is the return of Trials of Osiris, an intense 3v3 PvP game mode. The over-arching story for Destiny will progress as well, as players must reactivate many systems of the ancient Warmind Rasputin. Gameplay-wise, new events, missions, and loot grinds are coming for players to fight through and increase their power.
