Destiny 2 Outlines Upcoming Changes

Earlier this week it was revealed that Bungie was misleading players about the amount of XP they were being given for completing various activities in game. The mechanic was originally in place to ensure that slower missions felt just as rewarding as repeated grinding, but Bungie admitted the silent nature of that mechanic was misleading to the players. As a response, Bungie has made a move toward more open communication with its players, beginning with a lengthy post, “The State of Destiny 2”. This post details upcoming fixes in the game as well as a few tweaks to how loot and progression will work.
